Strategic Meetings Held with the Consulates of India and Brazil for BTKM 2025

The Bifaş Team visited the Consulates of India and Brazil to strengthen international participation in BTKM 2025 and expand global trade connections. During these meetings, discussions focused on trade delegations, investment opportunities, and business collaborations with the textile and garment sectors of both countries.

Bursa Textile, Garment & Embroidery Machinery Fair (BTKM 2025) continues its diplomatic efforts to enhance the global presence of the textile industry. In this context, Bifaş General Manager Erdem Taylanlı and International Sales Director Yusuf Akbolat visited the Consulates of India and Brazil to explore strategic collaborations and expand international participation in the fair.

The meetings focused on the inclusion of trade delegations from India and Brazil, strengthening sectoral partnerships, and bringing together industry representatives at BTKM 2025. These collaborations aim to showcase Turkey’s manufacturing strength in the textile industry to a wider global audience and boost international trade.

Strategic Collaboration with India and Brazil

During the meeting with Indian Consul General Shri Mijito Vinito and Indian Commercial Attaché Raj Kumar Tanwar, discussions centered on the participation of Indian textile and garment manufacturers in BTKM 2025 and the enhancement of bilateral trade relations. India, with its strong textile machinery production and raw materials sector, represents a strategic market for Turkey, and this collaboration has the potential to significantly increase trade volume between the two countries.

In the meeting with Brazilian Consul General Ruy Amaral and Deputy Consul General Lanier De Morais, discussions focused on the participation of Brazilian textile and garment industry representatives in BTKM 2025 and the development of trade relations between Turkey and Brazil. Brazil, a major player in garment manufacturing and textile raw materials, presents a valuable opportunity for expanding trade ties between the two nations through the fair.

Through these diplomatic initiatives, Bifaş aims to enhance international participation in BTKM 2025 and position the fair as a global trade hub for the textile industry.
